Who we are looking for?

Now we are looking for a Product Manager. How do we imagine our interaction? Our Product Manager will take ownership for the Nebula Chat Engine, at the same time focusing on consultations with the transactional model of monetization at Nebula in Chat Stream. The Product Manager will take helping the company become the #1 astrology platform in the world by generating ideas and driving product metrics growth, ultimately increasing LTV.

    Your impact:

    • You will work closely with our analytics, supply, product (demand), marketing and tech teams, ensuring a continuous product cycle, collecting team input and aligning it with company's overall strategy;
    • You will work with the Nebula Chat Engine (an internal CRM system for chats) and improve it to ensure that supply provides quality services to users and retains users for consultation;
    • You will monitor analytics for daily metric growth or decline and react to trends accordingly;
    • You will formulate, test and, of course, validate dozens of product hypotheses that will have a positive impact on our key metrics in terms of transactional monetization;
    • You will manage the product development timelines and planing sprints, ensuring they are met while also delivering top-notch quality results;
    • You will develop and maintain a product roadmap, outlining the short- and long-term goals for Nebula;
    • You will constantly look for additional points of business growth to help Nebula develop its dominance in the market.

    About you:

    • You have 2+ years of commercial experience in a similar position;
    • Your English is undeniably good, Upper Intermediate or higher;
    • You're well familiar with Amplitude, Tableau SQL and working with BPMN;
    • You're fluent with A/B testing, You have a deep understanding in user acquisition and product marketing;
    • You're understanding and have a proven track record in improving product metrics;
    • You have experience of generating ideas and working with monetization models (advertising, subscription, transactional);
    • You're initiative and proactive in suggesting product improvements and appreciate a best results;
    • You appreciate giving, receiving and applying feedback in your work, because trust always makes sense to you.
