We are looking for a talented Operations Manager to join a new team focused on strategic projects and play a key role in launching and scaling a new eCommerce business within OBRIO. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to build an efficient eCommerce operation from the ground up. Your Impact:

  • Research eCommerce Niches: Identify promising products and categories to sell within the new business.
  • Build Sales Infrastructure: Set up analytics, stores, and partnerships to ensure a seamless eCommerce operation.
  • Arrange Supply and Logistics: Establish partnerships for production, international and local logistics, fulfillment, and customer satisfaction management.
  • Test and Launch New Products: Quickly validate product ideas and scale successful ones.
  • Maintain Profit Margins: Continuously optimize operations to ensure profitability.


About You:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Operations, with at least 1 year in eCommerce operations.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Office and similar tools.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to execution.
  • Budget Management: Confident in handling financial planning and cost optimization.
  • Process Optimization: Always seeking to make processes more efficient and scalable.
  • English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
