We are looking for a talented Head / Lead of eCommerce to take full ownership of our new eCommerce business and play a key role in driving its growth and expansion. You will lead the strategic vision and execution of the eCommerce operations, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth scaling and profitability. Launch and Scale: Launch 0 to 1 new goods and categories, and boost revenues.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing eCommerce team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Scale and Expand: Drive the launch and scaling of new eCommerce products, categories, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Optimize Operations: Oversee the end-to-end eCommerce operation, focusing on optimization, automation, and cost-effectiveness.
Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional online experience for customers, from browsing to post-purchase, to build loyalty and drive repeat business.

About You:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Operations, 3+ years in eCommerce leadership.
  • Proven Leadership: Proven leadership experience in eCommerce operations within a fast-paced environment, with a track record of building and scaling successful eCommerce businesses.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Maker: Highly analytical, with the ability to make data-backed decisions to drive growth and profitability.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to define long-term strategies and execute them effectively, balancing short-term goals with long-term scalability.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in managing budgets, financial forecasting, and driving profitability in an eCommerce setting.
  • English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
