We are looking for a Business Analyst who will play a key role in developing the new Data & Analytics Product Management function, responsible for managing analytical products and driving complex data initiatives. Your mission is to bridge the gap between analysts, data engineers, backend developers, and other technical and business teams, translating business needs into effective technical solutions.

Your impact:

  • Gather business requirements from analysts and stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for data engineers (or other relevant teams).
  • Break down complex tasks into manageable iterations and deliverables.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of business logic in technical solutions.
  • Manage complex analytical deliveries with the support of the Team Lead, overseeing the entire product development cycle (from request to release).
  • Assess the priority, feasibility, and scope of implementation.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and remove blockers.

About You:

  • High level of ability to structure business requests and translate them into clear technical requirements.
  • Experience in writing technical documentation.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing complex deliveries.
  • Deep understanding of business metrics, analytical queries, and their importance for the company.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactive and self-driven, with a strong desire to make an impact.
