Who are we looking for?

Here we are with a game-changer for your career! OBRIO is looking for Business Strategy Associate. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work directly with our CEO Alex Fedorov, who began his career in a similar position within Genesis ecosystem. Daily interaction with him is a chance to fast-track your career growth and gain valuable professional insights. As our Business Strategy Associate, you’ll be the driving force behind streamlining processes, ensuring our team operates at peak efficiency. You'll also be hands-on with key responsibilities, from managing team operations, R&D activities to financial control and researches.


So, your tasks:

  • Lead the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of critical processes to drive operational excellence;
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with hands-on assistance;
  • Analyze product financial performance to shape high-impact strategic decisions;
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute big-picture strategies, driving the company's long-term success.

    About you:

    • 2+ years experience at Big 4, FMCG, Invest banking, Invest funds;
    • Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Sheets;
    • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting, P&L, business strategy;
    • Your English level is Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced;

    Would be a plus:

    • Good knowledge of unit economics and experience of developing IT products.
